I toss them in the wash - and then dryer. They always seem to come out cat hair free. Then if I am gifting them, they go right into a plastic bag. I also picked out my washer and dryer specifically for washing quilts, so they work very well doing it.

I'm hauling this year's production to the family reunion in July, and though I keep the quilts in a closet, I know the cats have gotten in there are time or two so all the quilts will get a washing. I wash everything right after it is completed so this will be a second washing for all of them.

Try the brush that has the red fuzzy on it. I think Amazon has it listed as Evercare Magik Brush but you can get one in the grocery store. You brush one way and then the other to clean it. Works for me.

I found using packing tape works better than link rollers. It has more stick and gets far more hair off.

I have a house full of critters and it works best for me.

I do the same thing when my granddaughters to the Humane Society shelter and play with the dogs and cats. I have to use tape to get the majority of hair off of their clothes.

I watched a tv program with 2 English ladies who would clean houses. Their suggestion for both cat and dog hair was a real chamois (might find one in the garage-hint hint). I works a real treat. Wet it and wring it out so it is barely damp and it cleans most hair up-even in cars.

I don't know the brand name but I have 2 of these type "brushes". Love them and they do a fantastic job of picking up white cat hair. I use them on clothes and furniture.

Dampen our hands and rub them in circles on the quilt. The wait will stick you your wet hands and ball up. It's the easiest and fastest way I've learned.
