If you decide to replace your flooring, I highly discourage you from getting wood! I had a female cat who would constantly pee in one corner of my room. Yuck! Well, the urine seeped into the wood and into the concrete underneath.

I am going to have it ripped up and replaced with ceramic tile because it is non-porous. BTW, the kitty disappeared eventually. I loved her, but hated her bad habits which I tried everything to break with no success.

I bought some "Natural Pet Odor Eliminator made by Citrus Magic. It seems to work, my kitty peed on my sons bed and keep going back to the same spot.I got rid of the odor, but we try to keep the kitty out of there.I think I got it in Walmart

NOTHING will work unless it gets to ALL of the urine. If it gets through the carpet to the pad you MUST soak the carpet and the pad. Shampooing the carpet will not get rid of the smell permanently. Don't ask me how I know....just believe me!!! Some pets are murder on a house!!

Did you have to pay around $25.00 shipping?
I started to order the Kit and canceled it when I saw the shipping. I thought that was way too high. What do you think?

ditto naturals miracle and then start using Cat Attract Cat Litter.

i had a problem with one of my furbabies and the Cat Attract Cat Litter solved the problem in one day and he has never gone any where outside his box again.

From my understanding you can't completely remove the smell once a cat marks it's territory. I would check with a vet's office to find out if there is really anything that you could use that works. They would know for sure.
