I made a cat quilt from a pattern in McCalls Quilting October 2000 magazine. The pattern is called Callaham's Kitty Cat Charm, though I didn't use a charm pack to make mine.
I googled the name of the pattern, plus McCalls Quilting, Oct. 2000 and found several places to download the pattern. I was going to attach a link, but I couldn't decide which was the best...but if you are interested, just google. Here is the quilt I made. It is sort of similar to the quilt of 4dogs... Dina |
Actually, the Warm Wishes with a cat fabric as your feature fabric sure would be easier...

Here is a quilt that I made for a specially little girl in our life -
She loves it and the only really hard part was making sure that the kitties and their tails matched. BTW this is a 'short' twin size - 68"x 82". |
Well, that sure is a cute quilt!! Ha...now that I look at it, I can see that making the kitties and their tails match would be important!!!

Here's one I made for a friend. It is all pieced and not applique. Not that difficult but lots of little pieces. This was a large throw size but you could just make more blocks.
