[quote=suebee]I have one and use it when I applique (not too often) Also learned from someone here on the board that there is a tip you can buy to cut/melt your own templates and stencils. I m on a mission to find the tip now.

Please post when you find it! Yes, I have one with all the "stuff" and have never used it...I even got one of those cut and press boards to use it on! Maybe I should dig that out!

Are you talking about the one that is like a wand or the new little "Clover Steam Iron" that fits in the palm of your hand?

Yes I have one and really like it for smaller projects

I have one with a two or three different shaped irons for it but the only time I tried to use it (a couple of years ago) I burned myself so many times that I have put it away and never used it again. I use my travel-sized Rowenta for small stuff.

I had one, gave it away, used it once, and did not like it. Went back to regular old iron. Much better results.

Have one never use it.

I have one, and I usually take it with me when I travel, it does a great job on seams without having to pull out a big iron.

I bought one about 8 years ago that unforturately had a problem with the temp nob. I can't make it hot enough to make it effective. If it didn't have that problem, I would use it a LOT. I think there is a newer one that has solved that problem but haven't purchased it yet...

I'm on my second Clover mini iron. I use mine almost daily. I purchased it to use when making tiny doll clothes; but use it in quilting for applique, to press seams when I don't want to get up from the sewing machine and go to the ironing board, to re press a seam that I have pressed in the wrong direction, etc. I keep the iron in a ceramic mug by my sewing machine so that it is always handy. I have a small pressing board to use with it.

Got one and I do NOT use it.
