I have one and have it set up right next to me as I sew. Love it for pressing seams.
Have one - never used it. On of my quilting buddies uses one all the time
I have one but don't use it. I tried it a couple of times but didn't like it. I'm looking for a small travel type iron with a sharp point.
I could not live without mine...it stays in my travel tote, but I do use it at home for paper piecing..
the best thing is to keep a nice tall coffee mug handy to stand it in while using it..keep you from grabbing it the wrong way by accident or laying it down on something that can burn/melt! |
i have a small iron, tho not a clover, and i use it all the time when piecing.
I have one - used it lots on my first paper piecing project. LARGE QUEEN QUILT lots of blocks. I have not used it since, but I was happy I had it for that project!
I have the small one but stopped using it. I didn't think the smaller one put out enough heat for applique. Maybe there is something wrong with the one I have, but going to purchase the larger Mini Iron II with attachments soon.
I bought one several years ago. A quilting friend told me I should get one because I enjoy applique work, but I've used it only once. Not really sure why I don't use it more often.
I use mine especially when I am pp-ing.Maybe I better spell it out.lol paper piecing.
I have one but seldom use it - I prefer using my steam iron to get things to stay after sewing it. Makes for a more perfect finish I think - but then to each his own..
