Thanks for showing how you worked with the photo. That really helps.

You have to show us how it turns out when you are done. Sounds like fun.

I made a sleeve for the back of the Lily quilt, so it would fit onto a plastic 8 x 10 vertical photo stand which I purchased from Michaels. Michaels also has a horizontal 8 x 10 photo stand.

Very nice. Something I would like to do!!

I have worked with kids alot. One summer my niece who was 4 yrs. and my nephew 11 were staying with me. It was cold and rainey so we were limited on activities. I got out the quilt book and some fabric and we started sewing. my niece worked on 5 in squares and we made a design out of color. My nephew picked a pattern with triangles. I manipulated the pattern into 12 in squares. I made them each a sewing box with thread, needles, pins and fabric. They both did a good job. Another time we used white t-shirts, crayons, brown paper bags and an iron. They used the crayons to make a design then I covered the design with the bag and ironed over the design. I moved the bag until all of the color was either on the shirt or the bag. The shirts can be treated normally.
