I haven't gotten the hang of free motion quilting yet, and my machine is giving me trouble trying to learn it anyhow. What I was thinking about doing was machine quilting - pretty much straight lines with slight curves - the tracks and around the cars, and hand quilting the details on the rest of the quilt that I want to highlight.
