Thank you so much for your help. I've googled all of the different blocks referenced and have to agree with those that called the first one Friendship/Album/Chimney Sweep and the 2nd one Anvil. There are so many variations of each block and as they do by different names it's not real easy to identify them sometimes.

1) The first looks like Granny Square blocks, but done with some rectangles instead of all squares.
2) I'm so surprised that everyone thinks #2 is anvil, when anvil doesn't have a hole in the center. It is Rocky Mountain Puzzle.
3) Postage stamp or charm quilt. Squares as large as 2" can be called "postage stamps".
