Craigslist Find

While down to my daughters in Texas, I decided to check out the dallas/metro craigslist and ran on to a great find. This lady was selling top quality 100% cotton for $2 a yard. I immediately contacted her and found she had a wonderful assortment of fabrics. I ended up with 44 yards of material that I can use for either backing or a new quilt. It was definitely my day.

You're lucky. I think I must be the only quilter in Milwaukee. This craigslist only has scrapbooking papers and fake flowers. Boo-Hoo.

I love that TEXAS craigslist too! A few years ago we were at son's in Austin and I found 'sewing table' $200. Turned out to be a beautiful Horn
