I cannot say enough about my design wall! When I need a design decision, I put my choices up...and walk around it a day or so. Pretty soon, I know what I DON"T want..and those come down. If none works, I am off to do some fabric therapy, or maybe ask a friend if they have something to share/swap. I also like to take digital pictures. It gives my work some sort of magical perspective! Even the pictures from my phone help...pointing out a jarring color or a unit/block turned the wrong way. EQ IS wonderful for designing...but when I get down to picking fabric, the design wall has my vote.
