What a great hubby. I was at a quilt retreat and a lady was making a quilt using the pattern "Prairie Window" by Sweetgrass Creative designs and it uses focus fabric in the center and then there are "frames" around the focus print and it was nice looking. Also on the pattern says Published by QuiltWoman.com. You may need to check it out.

There are some nice traditional blocks with smaller pieces surrounding large centers for your motifs. Some blue and green batiks would go nicely, and then you can use a good chunk on the back for a throw.

How about making a wall hanging from some of it with stars on the borders.

any pattern that uses a focus fabric, and with that much fabric you can make a n extra large king.

Great fabric to use for any style. Especially for borders and fussy cut centres of blocks. If I got my star sign it would be crabs and I'm not so keen on that idea!

I agree, get it and see just how large the main motify is then decide on a pattern. Fussy cut may be the best bet to keep most of the pattern--maybe snowballs.

That is beautiful fabric. I love the blues and greens. Hopefully, you can find a pattern that doesn't require cutting it beyond recognition.
