There are a lot of times I let a mistake go, however, on this one the star points were reversed so they kind of had to be changed. When I was working this project probably would have ended up as a UFO, but since I have more time to quilt now, I took the time to fix it. Glad I did.

That's so funny, did he offer to buy more fabric to replace what he thinks you should toss? I would probably put it aside and go on to something else with the intention of someday.....

I had to chuckle today at my DH. I had made an error putting quilt blocks together and of course did not notice it until I was about 5 rows into the quilt top. My DH saw me doing reverse stitching on the rows and told me I should just toss it out and start over!

DH is very interested in my hobby and encourages me to quilt every day. He is a "transplant" from that state down south! Guess transplant wins!

I can relate to having the top about finished and had 2 blocks turned the wrong way. One was very easy to spot and the other blended in but wrong. I know I would look at it every time I had the quilt out, so I changed them.

How good is he with a seam ripper?

Are you going to post pictures when you are finished? We would love to see it.
