That was a wonderful story. He is truly a blessing to all of us. His drive to get better was the best thing he could of done. We are all happy to see him up and around and still quilting. Blessings to you both. I know from caring for my mom you have done so much so bless you and keep yourself healthy as well.

Your husband is very determined man, bet you are very proud of him. Recovering from the stroke as much as possible and then to make that stunning quilt, WOW!!!

Thank you for sharing. Your DH is one determined guy! I'm gonna need a link to your original posting 'cause the one in the magazine isn't big enough for these old eyes. Even in miniature it looks absolutely amazing! I recently did some work with 1'4" squares and that is a mighty BIG challenge. Happy holidays. May your DH continue on his journey to full recovery. The quilt and your husband are both A M A Z I N G! I would say that I could not imagine the determination it took to make the quilt, but when I read about your husband's determination to recover, I can see where the determination for the quilt came from.
