Thanks for this tip. I need a spray bottle for water in my sewing room. Off to Walmart after work.

I used an old 409 cleaner bottle. I cleaned it out well. I decided to try this because I knew I wouldn't have to worry about DH taking my spray bottle.

Dry with Magic Sizing.

Dry and spritz while making blocks, steam after all is complete.

For years I have used a steam iron, (Rowenta). Then residue started to build up inside and it started spitting out chunks so I quit using the steam and just started using it dry. If I needed to press out some stubborn wrinkles I would spritz it with water. I keep a spray bottle handy. Then I read on this QB that a lot of quilters use spray starch. I have a bottle of Best Press that I have had for a long time, but didn't really know what to do with. So, now I have been using that when I press my seams and it works like a charm. Thank you, QB, I learn so much on this site. I don't post a lot, but I do read it every day.

This is the same way I do it. Can't stand a leaky iron so the spray bottle works great!
