I've used some for making summer tank tops with the strips up and down of course. :-D

I would use the first one because I love those colors. The other 2 I would pass on. I would use the blue cut as any other fabric.

Using these in pinwheels would give a striking effect :D:D:D
I would purchase them for landscapes too 8-)

Absolutely not. I think they're nasty looking  too much like the fold-dyed stuff that was done back in the days of tie-dyed T-shirts. Also too easy to make for yourself in custom colors.

Love all batiks. First one would make a brilliant landscape.

I am not normally a fan of striped batik( love batiks in general) , but those are spectacular. they would definatley find a place in my quilts.
It the colors that draw me to them and the use of the stripe , its unusual.

Have not used them. I use very few Batiks.

In addtion to the 'frame' that Feline Fanatic mentioned, I have used the striped batik in a D9P on the square that is cut in half, being careful to have the stripe going longways when cut. Gives a really nice look to that square as well.

Those are so pretty. I love the blue/green one the best. I use those beautiful fabrics in my wearable art and purses.

I just posted a half-dozen stripey batiks like the first one, in the pictures section, in case you want to take a peek. They're all "future" fabrics. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-62828-1.htm#1535508
