I like them okay, but I usually choose some other kind of pattern or else I choose them for their colors. I might use something like that in a border or a binding.

I love all batiks. Connecting threads has some great samplers of batiks except they won't ship until Sept 8. There was some hold up.

Fantastic for the landscapes, but--combined with other batiks would made gorgeous big simple block quilts The Turning Twenty pattern comes to mind.

I like all three of your stripes, and if I were to make into full size quilt I might combine with some other batiks, including geometric shapes. I can't imagine anything with these not being pretty.

beautiful fabric, I have used batiks in a new york beauty quilt, it started out with 16 blocks and turned into a full size quilt, I had so many batiks,, I wanted to use them all, our LSO was teaching me how to make new york beauty blocks, taking another class in oct. to learn different new york beauty blocks, so my suggestion would be the make a new york beauty quilt..
