I have it too. Have only used white and orange. The orange took some work to get it out completely. The white (used on black) came out easy. To remove it I used a clean dry tooth brush. The orange was hard to get out of the thread, and the holes where the thread punched (I used it to mark for quilting).
The other day I wanted to use it and I found the holder, but not my box of different colors. I think it must have eloped with my bi-fold mirror - can't find that either. |
I have then also, maybe made by Fons and Porter. I also use plain chalk and sharpen it. It is a lot cheaper.

I have one as well. Use it to mark quilts. I've never had any problems with it.
