Some days more of one than another, but coffee helps. Then it is the sewing machine. Lately I have been going through everything and trying to and I repeat, trying to down size. Out of that, I got a small bag to donate to a girls group for crafts.

I have had QCS for awhile. I want to get back to quilting, but I do not know where or what I want to start with. But, as always, something will light the fire under me and I will get going. Hope it's soon. Until then I do have some socks to knit for Christmas gifts.

I agree, even with a list of projects (tried to organize), it's not helping. :)

I GOT IT!!!!

I as well suffer from this - perhaps we need to start a support group???

adrianlee 09-12-2011 11:27 AM

I retired couple years ago. Hey, it's gets worse when you stay home 24/7. Sorry, no shots for the condition but you can learn to live with it, so can hubby. This Quilting Board is a great support group, they all understand.

I would love to do that, of course my boss wouldn't like it much, I'd never get any work done. Oh well, I see retirement in my near future than I'll probably be board. NOT

I too am affected by this... but I don't think I want to seek treatment... cause then there would be no help for my insanity.

We are all so much alike, kinda scarey.

Grinster 09-12-2011 04:53 PM

LOL......I have it too! Anyone have a cure?

quiltymom 09-12-2011 05:07 PM

Quilting Confusion Syndrome. It is for sure what I have too and i am glad to hear that i am not alone. My job seems to get in the way of my quilting but how else can we afford to pay for our syndrome we have .... lol

lheizen 09-12-2011 06:00 PM

I sometimes rotate between three machines during a 4 hour period! It all depends on where I am with each of the three projects....

Thank goodness I don't have my older Singer set up in it's own cabinet.....you get the picture.

dtippens 09-12-2011 07:23 PM

to funny,,,, all the time. sometimes I do more searching then sewing then like you work full time, and do not get much sewing done as I like

Annaleehunter 09-12-2011 09:45 PM

Ha-ha;) There is an answer...it is quilting and making your machine feel worthy!

AKDaffyodil 09-12-2011 09:57 PM

Oh yes....I suffer from it which leads to a second condition...TB!! (Tired Behind)

Janquiltz 09-12-2011 10:36 PM

Oh - I suffer through the "but first" issues every day! I even have a "round toit" and that doesn't seem to help. Tried making lists putting my have-to's/want to's/need to's in priority order - then lost the darn lists. What to do? What to do?

stitcherlady 09-13-2011 02:59 AM

Especially feel this way when I'm leaving the home to sew. Usually take too many projects on retreats.
