I always sew without shoes. My fartherweight foot controller has a button that is just right for my big toe to depress.

I can do anything I want in my own home, but I am curious to see if anyone else sews barefoot.

Never sewn any other way....we don't wear shoes in our house, or on the carpet, all guests and clients always take their shoes off at the door also.

Can't go barefoot for too long due to a bone spur so I wear crocs flipflops but always kick my right one off to sew. Can't sew with shoes on.
