Here's some more watercolor quilts.

I just read that when using the fusible quilt grid, if you lightly/quickly iron it down it stays softer, if you want more stiffness for a wall hanging or ?, iron it longer.

I am on the Everything Quilts newsletter and i went to their site and they have packs of watercolor squares 200 for 17.95. I'm not sure if that is a good price or not but it may be when you figure your time for cutting the squares. (Sorry they didn't have the fat quarters together for our giant quilt for the large display hall) I am thinking about ordering and see what shapes up. http://www.everythingquilts.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=133 this is where I looked

I am bumping this topic back to the top. I just realized that we EQ users can create watercolor masterpieces right in our program.

I'm going to try to whip one up and see if it works out.

Eh, forget about it. The program won't let me do it.

I wanted to make a water color quilt design from a photograph. EQ would let me grid the photo, but won't let me fill in the fabric choices.

If I could have filled in the fabric choices, then I could have had a better design and how it would look with my color, fabric and texture choices.

This is as far as it would let me go.

The grid is distorted unless you download and open it up.
