You learn something new every day, I didn't know that Pear Louise Designs had applique patterns. I have a few of the red work designs, haven't done them yet but someday. I also really like the pattern.

I found the pattern!! Tartan was right. The quilter chose blocks to place around the center panel of her quilt. The pattern can be bought as a kit or as a BOM.

I agree with BeckySt, the snowmen look like a Pearl Louise design. If you are ever in Rapid City, stopping at her store, is a must.
