I think it's great, and very masculine. Don't know what his deal is, but my husband wants you to know he thinks you did a wonderful job and he wants you to find someone else who will appreciate the work you put into it and give it to him/her! [He's a carpenter/woodworker/teacher and he understands the work that goes into handcrafted gifts].

What did he not like about it, the design or that fact it was quilted?

I think it is very nice.

He just wanted the cat in your avatar in the quilt with the dog. Just add the cat!! lol
