Sometime the last few miles to home are the longest.

I am a hand quilter and do use masking tape to remind me of an area that needs attention. I also use it as a guide for quilting straight lines.

I have had a large hexagon shaped table topper on my dining room table for several months. I have looked it over many times. The other day I walked past the table and saw a block I missed doing SID on. It stuck out to me like a sore thumb but I had never noticed it before. Now I will have to take it back to the sewing machine.

I've discovered unburied threads several years after I thought I was finished, as I was lying in bed under the quilt!

Must buy stock in painter's tape...
