UGH!!! Don't you just hate that....sometimes I have to just walk away and come back later and deal with it.

Yep. Right now I've got the little cheapy one from Joann, but it's several years old and starting to get a bit dull. I might just have to go upgrade in the near future. ;D

i couldn't live without my seam ripper. but there is a difference if it is not sharp enough. i love my brand new sharp one.

It took me three days to make one block pattern to come out the correct size. I could not figure out what was wrong. So I went and took the whole thing apart with my seam ripper, and then resewed it back together this morning. I am not sure what I did but the block came out to be the correct size this time.
Got to love those seam rippers! |

I probably have as many rippers as I do needles. Just like scissors, I don't spend time looking for them, I open my notion stash box and get a new one. The lost ones show up eventually and find their way to the stash box. I have a continual cycle with misplacing/finding notions.
