Both would be beautiful. The first version reminds me of lace, while the second version looks more solid.

Love the IRISH one but my favorite is the blue... Really nice.

I love Irish Chain quilts and yours will be beautiful whichever way you decide. That said, I really like the more traditional look of #2.

I vote for #1, just cuz I think it showa off the center block better. Both are pretty though. How can it be anything but pretty,"ITS BLUE"
