I misread the title a couple of times - A quilt with elephants on it for college? A college for elephants?
Anyway - now that I've opened the thread I can "read" the title properly - a very clever idea that is well done. |
Great idea! I'd try to find a stripe with those bright colors in it and do a bias binding with it.

The elephant is a collage of florals and put on a white cloth. The elephant shape is cut out and stuck to a grey background before quilting. Will post a picture when its all complete.
