No--it is from a pattern, which I don't have at my fingertips.
I believe it is called Kool Kats (??) I am at my son's so can't look.
I actually did it in a class offered at our Senior Center by one of the quilting guild members.

I went to the manufacturer's websites to see if they have a fabric file download for EQ... and while looking at fabric shops I check around their free sections and have found them there.

The EQ site also has great tutorials, and mystery quilts - designed to teach you something new with each monthly installation. There is also a discussion forum there to ask questions.

I've also found a scattering of fabric libraries from fabric manufacturers that can be imported into eq.

Something that I've noticed, is that I found I learned a lot about block construction by analyzing quilts I was seeing and then trying to figure out how the blocks would go together by playing in eq.

So I've loved it for a long time, keep learning new fun things! I definitely recommend purchasing.

I'm sorry, I just had to laugh at that. I don't have EQ6, but do have EQ5 and use it fairly often to create quilts. I also buy quite a few books and magazines because I love to see others creative ideas.

EQ 6 is great! This upgrade is so worth the investment. The support tutorials are a good time/money buy. I have no patience with the old graph paper and colored pencil method of designing, EQ6 is good for this ADD adult.
Last year I designed a block, played with the layout and made a really great quilt for my BIl. Couldn't have done it with out the software. Love the program.
