"Extra" fabric from Joann's online order
 

Can someone direct me back to the discussion a few days ago about Joann's sending them more fabric than they ordered online? They were saying it was up to a yard or so on each cut if I remember correctly. Thanks

I ordered some fabric from Joann's a couple of months ago. I never even took it out of the package when it came. I opened the package earlier this week and found that there was a note attached that stated there was extra fabric included (at no cost to me) because when they filled my order, there was less than 1 yard left on the bolt. I didn't measure my piece to see how much was extra.

My last order from JoAnn's also had a paper stating that there was less than a yard left on the bolt and they included it at no charge...it was almost half a yard....Merry Christmas to me !!... it's the little things that make ya smile

I got the same thing on a fabric.com order. End of bolt was less than a yard (actually about 7/8 yd) so I got it free. And this was extra wide backing fabric! That's enough fabric for a lap quilt!

I guess I should open the package of flannel I bought for my design wall. I was VERY disappointed that I did NOT receive any of the acrylic rulers I had ordered!!

I haven't ordered fabric online from JoAnn's, however, whenever I'm getting fabric, they always ask if I wish to purchase the rest of the bolt if it's less than 1 yard, at a discount, and I usually do.

I also got 'extra', one piece was about 7/8, another was 3/4 and a third was just over half.... I was pleased! And I got it on the $1.99 per yard flannel.... Made my day!

Yes I always receive more then I order at Joanne's online but in the store!!! They cut it right to the Exact mark. They claim they will loose their job because they are on Camera!! Sad
