I went to visit my newly pregnant niece and she gifted me all this fabric. She found out she is pregnant with twins! I guess I will be making a couple new baby quilts for her. She does not sew and her husband bought a storage locker and this was in it! This is yardage, not scraps, although there are a few quarter yard pieces. He said if he comes across anymore he will call his favorite auntie. He is also on the lookout for machines, especially vintage ones!! HURRAY!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Nice score!! There is a TV show on - forgot the name - but it's about guys who buy storage lockers. they get like 5 minutes to look at the locker from the door, can't go inside. Wonder if your nephew was one of them, it was from CA.
Now do us all a favor and promise you wont' use any of that skull fabric (I spotted two!) for the twins quilts!! |

I see dogs, helicopters, cards, bananas (would be cute with some of the monkey fabrics), dalmations, moose, chickens, chili peppers, and Jasmine from Alladin movie, John Deere, skulls! What a grand stash for all the odd things to make. Lots of stuff for boys, pot holders, kitchen towels, quilts!! Lucky you to have such a sweet DN and DNIL who care enough to lookout for stuff for you. Enjoy!

Thanks for the comments everyone. I make ALOT of charity quilts and this will surely come in handy! I have recieved alot of scraps from alot of quilters on here and I don't mind sharing some of these. Like the ugly skulls that just won't look right in kids quilts!!!

I love love love those little snowmen in stars, I am a total sucker for snowpeople and penguins :) You gotta make something special with that one! Just how lucky can one person get??? WOW, I am green all over, except for the skulls and skeleton fabric. I saw may pieces I would love to inherit, chickens, dogs, panels. Yummm!
