I love Eleanor Burns also, have watched her videos over and over again. I am also a friend of Bonnie Hunter of Quiltville and watch her live cam show on Facebook. I have learned a lot from her. I also miss Simply Quilts. That was my favorite show.

They all have great qualities but Jennie Doan is my all-time favorite!!! Simple, uncluttered, happy, down to earth, pleasant joyful voice, talented... not to mention, great family participation, marvelous customer service, REASONABLE prices on products and shipping.

I like most of them. I try to tape some because it's hard for me to sit and watch a video. I fall asleep in a movie theatre unless it's action packed.

I don't get any shows on quilting. I have cable and live in Massachusetts. I love Jenny and all the quilting on utube

I enjoy them all.

Jenny Doans is on You Tube where you can watch all her videos.
Eleanor Burns has her shows on her website Quilt In A Day.
Very little on TV anymore.

This morning I read on another thread that Mary Ellen has passed away. So sad. But she does leave her memory, her books, and the love of practical quilting that she has instilled in many.

If you are in California, make a trip to Eleanor Burns' store/studio and watch her production. She is just hilarious in person, and it's so nice to see so many family members working together. She has a remarkable personal story, and in spite of many difficulties has created a lasting legacy in quilting, and done it all with a sense of humor and humility.

I love Bonnie, Eleanor, Nancy & Jenny, I can see them on youtube, so I am not sure if they are celebrities but I have a few favs lik Marguerita Mcmanus and Rose Smith I have learned a lot from. Alex and Tim (don't get to see them much) I tried to watch fons and porter and quilting arts but I felt it was geared more to the younger veiwer, just couldn't get passed that. but most of my "Shows" come from youtube.
