Selecting fabric.

It is all rolled into one big FUN for me

I guess I like the choosing of which fabric will go next to which. It's somewhat time consuming, but the rewards are worth it.

I love the binding because it means I'm done!

It may sound crazy, but I love, love, love the cutting part! I recently made a quilt that had billions of little pieces - I started cutting at noon, and stopped at 8:30pm - time just flew by! Then I got to sort all those little pieces into piles to piece in sections. That time went quickly, also. It seemed like it took forever to piece the 22 sections, then put them together and border it. It's finished now, and I still look back on the organized part of cutting and sorting as my favorite part!

I love looking for just the right fabric to go into a quilt I have in my head... and finding it in my stash so I don't have to shop. I like the part where it's starting to look like a quilt... and that very last stitch...

I love the part of planning the quilt for someone special and searching for just the right fabric and pattern for that one person.

favorite part is the actual piecing. Love seeing all those cut up pieces come together to create something.. :)

Umn? I love the finished piece, thoroughly enjoy seeing how it has all come together at the end.
