Favorite ruler/ tool for strip cutting

I MOSTLY use strips for my scrappy quilts.
I've been using the Strip Cut by June Tailor for YEARS, it's just about worn out.
Looking to purchase something new, maybe a little better.
My only complaint with it over the years, is slipping and have nicks in the grooves where the cutter runs thru the grooves. Been having trouble with it by getting slightly "off size" strips.
Ideally, I'd like to find something a little more sturdy.

So, what's your favorite item (items) for cutting strips???

I bought the Stripology ruler by Creative Grids and really like it. It doesn't't slip. If you Google Stripology ruler you should find videos showing it's versatility.

June Tailor has several different versions of the Shape Cut ruler now. My favorite is the 12x12:

What keeps mine from slipping are grip strips I placed on each side:

The only other brand I know of that has grooves is the Stripology ruler, which is much bigger (20x14). The plastic is harder and less flexible. A lot of people like it, but I still prefer the softer June Tailor. I find it more difficult to place my rotary cutter into the slots of the Stripology, plus its size feels a little unwieldy to me. I don't see any significant difference in slippage over the softer June Tailor mats, although it is supposed to be less slippy. If you do a search for Stripology on the QB, you will find other opinions.

I have used my Accuquilt Go! to cut strips also. Many people really like it, especially for accuracy. I like my Go! for cutting other things, such as triangles and odd shapes, but I still prefer my June Tailor mat for cutting strips.

I have and use, depending on how many I need at the time...the June Taylor stripper, fiskars..the newer one that has the cutter attached..and, of course, my GO dies.....all have been "good buddies".

I have and have used the June Taylor for short strips.
For longer strips I just use a regular 6 x 24" ruler. Mark with blue painters tape the size I need to cut.

Love my Stripology ruler. You won't regret it. A bit pricey but worth it.

I have the JT Shape Cut Pro. I like that it is wide enough to cut a strip without folding the fabric again but it is so BIG! I am actually thinking of cutting a section off so it could cut just two strips from a piece of fabric thus making the other piece much more size manageable. It's 28" x 22.5". I would check into the Stripology ruler by Creative Grids. Creative Grids gets lots of compliments from the members of this board.

Wandering through Micheal's one day, I spotted a 2 1/2 x 18 Omnigrip ruler. I use that to cut my strips and have never looked back. Most of all, it was inexpensive.
