Ok so what is the big fascination with the Fetherweight?

For me they represent everything that was good in the Industrial Age, a beautiful melding of form and function.

I think many like it because it is a vintage Singer that does not break your arm when you carry it

cute, make wonder stitches, they continue working after all the time they have been around.....(not a throw-away product like what it produced today)
