Looks gorgeous. Keep it for yourself. Thanks for posting.

I think it's a great happy quilt - I love orange and think you have just the right amount. I'd keep it were I you.

many of you have 'voiced' frustration with not being able to locate this pattern-
it is in the book -- 'FRENCH BRAID QUILTS' by Jane Hardy Miller she has 3 or 4 different french braid quilt books out (i think) i have the first 2---this one and 'FRENCH BRAID OBSESSION' the pattern for my quilt is from the first book- if you simply search French braid quilts her book is the first thing to pop up- they really are 'beginner friendly' once you figure out the technique- and she gives lots of hints & tips for choosing those fabrics so many of you say you are not able to do. i definitly recommend the book! i've been constructing french braids for about 7 years now-it is one of my favorite techniques- but i have to say- this quilt is my favorite to date! |
I am sorry you were told it was off the mark, but maybe for pink lovers it would be. I prefer the oranges that are enhanced by the pink. So, keep that beautiful piece for yourself and enjoy it.

It not only sings to me, it is like the whole choir. I love your fabric choices.

Well I can't brag on your Quilt anymore then what everyone has already done , so I'll just say the Quilt Rocks !!!

It's beautiful... I'm not an orange fan.. but love the way you put this one together... I'd keep it ...

That is a great thing. It's on my list of patterns to try.

It is lovely, great job on the colors, the pink to orange rainbow catches the eye and blends well with the black and white. Kudos- to you!!!
