I didn't get there in time to see - did it actually sell at that price? Were there any bids? Things are only worth what someone is willing to pay. It is probably only a machine for serious collectors, not sewers.

Nobody bid on it. I checked it. Barb, you sound just like my Dad. He always said that about what something is worth. And I believe it :)

Got a newsltr from April 1930's and they had two for sale yesterday for over 4000...I was wondering why they were so high...I too had never seen the free arm till I got the flyer in my email

You can still see it, you just have to click on full description: do it, it's worth it! I command you ;) She's got accessories yuo might never see, really, I almost bid on this, but it was all so perfect and if I bought it and dinged anything I'd kill myself.
