Gift from a friend! Antique thread box
 

This was given to be by a close friend last night....WOW what a nice gift! I just love it. Can not wait to get my sewing room done and find the perfect place for it

I've seen them at the antique shows, very pricey, usually at least 500. but the ones I've seen haven't been as nice as that. Thats some friend you have there !!!

What a wonderfull gift!!!! My sis gave me a boxfull of antique silk thread on the wooden spools.....sure would fit perfect in such a wonderfull box....i will keep my eyes open when I go to antique shops....

This gift is in excellent condition and a very special friend.

I had to look to see if you were from my State...I saw the exact same box at an antique store....it was over 200.00.
