Gift for quilter
 

I need a idea. I want to make a thank you gift for a lady whom allowed me to use her long arm machine to quilt my MIL quilt. She didn't want me to pay her or even buy the thread but I want to do something. If anyone knows of good gift I could make a quilter that has everything.

Gift certificate to her favorite quilt store....................

A bundle of fat quarters in colors you know she likes, or jelly roll or charm pack. You can never have too many of those in your stash.

Maybe a gift certificate to a popular local restaurant.

How about a thread catcher and pin holder to hang on machine. PM if you don't understand.

Make her a pretty little teacup pin cushion.

Since it's spring, how about a hanging basket of flowers, patio pot of flowers, etc.? Does she like roses, hostas, succulents, etc.?

That is the best gift. It is what I would most appreciate. No quilter can have too much fabric and a gift card makes it free, plus she will think of you each time she uses it.
