It is funny to me that you are interested in the Gordian Knot pattern. I had just been looking in Jinny Beyer's book, The Quilter's Album of Patchwork Patterns: 4050 Pieced Blocks for Quilters, the other day and loved the block. She has it listed as a 21 x 21 grid block. I was so intrigued, I drew it in EQ for drawing practice. It is not so very complex once you break it out.

I found the pattern at www.equiltpatterns.com, titled Endless Knot, cost was $4.95, cheaper that the book

Thank you!
