I've never done a D9P but I could take a stab at it.

Import a picture of a D9P and then trace one block to Easy Draw. Instant block pattern.

In playing around, I just found another place to do this easily. Save a nine patch block to your sketchbook and go to "new block" "serendipity" and "clip & flip block". Choose the nine patch block and underneath are icons that show how each clip affects the original block.

Download it to your PJ7 folder (inside your My EQ7 folder, inside your My Documents folder)

When you open EQ7, D9P.PJ7 should be one of the existing projects in the menu.
