Great customer service
 

Just wanted to pass this along. A few months ago, I had purchased a Stonehenge jelly roll made by Northcott. I opened it and threw away the packaging and when working with it, noticed some of the strips were not as wide as others. I started measuring and found quite a few were only 2 - 1/4" instead of the 2 - 1/2". I emailed Northcott and they asked what skew number they came from. I explained that I had already thrown away the wrapping but that I would be happy to send them a few strips so they could see for themselves. I mailed the strips and about ten days later, I received another email, apologizing for the goof and that they were sending a replacement roll plus something "extra". The other day I received the jelly roll along with a package of 12 Stonehenge fat quarters in beautiful shades of blue. Now that is what I call customer service! Just wanted everyone to know there are still wonderful companies out there that care.

It is so nice to hear about excellent customer service these days. Thanks for sharing your story. I am more likely to use that company now.
