The NW has The Doormouse, in Bettesville
Certainly worth the drive from central Ohio

Their website does not do them justice

I LOVE the Doormouse! It is an awesome shop! We just don't have time to get to them all, and the northwest portion we just don't get to.

sounds like a nice bonding week... and a great way to get out and enjoy the roads of Ohio. I would love to visit some of the Amish shops one day... are they any different than your regular LQS?

The Amish quilt shops are for the most part pretty much like the typical LQS. Some of them have a section that it geared for Amish style clothing fabric.

Where in Central Ohio do you live? I live just east of Circleville!! I loved the pumpkin fabric!

Karen, I live in Newark.
The pumpkin fabric came from Somewhere Sewing in Millersburg. They do a large Internet business. You might be able to buy it on line. Or better yet, drive up there! It is a wonderful shop!

We lived in Johnstown for years before moving back to Circleville!
