You are a very special person. Bless you for your kindness.

What a great teacher :!: In the old days when I was in high school you could be pregnant but you couldn't go to school. How stupid :!:

Sometimes the difficult ones only need someone to show that they honestly care

That's an interesting concept. I have to add that when my oldest granddaughter was 12 (she's now 13) she watched her size 2 mother give birth to her younger brother, who was 9 lbs. I was surprised with their decision to let her in the delivery room (although she begged to be there), but maybe my son and DIL had an ulterior motive. :-) She did fine and is a second mother to the baby.

From one teacher to another, thanks! You are obviously making a difference in her life! :D

Where were you when my daughter was a pregnant teenager? Things have changed so much over the years, and I have to think that a lot of things are for the better.

I've always gone with the idea " If a person has everything, they don't really need or appreciate the things like this that you are doing for this girl" A lot of times we don't know what the other person has to live with everyday, and your gesture of kindness is great! I also work in a highschool and find that sometime it only takes a smile or a kind word to make a differance in someones life.
