Happy Birthday to everyone celebrating today and thank you to everyone for my birthday wishes. I definately feel 40 today with a cold. But guess where i'm going tomorrow??? Have you heard of Nancy's Notions? Her store is in Beaver Dam WI and not far from me. It's sewing weekend there starting tomorrow. I'm hoping to get a great deal on a serger and hope to meet Nancy herself. I'll post pics when I get back. Thanks for reading!

Hope you get lucky. One of our ASG members went to the annual conference in Chicago. There was a bus trip to Nancy's. She was in Japan at the time but came home a week early to meet the bus group. they all loved her.

Happy Birthday late. Hope you enjoyed your trip to N. I have a brother in Fox Lake and often stop at NN on my visit with him. Too much fun!

I, also, share your birthday but I haven't been 40 for 31 years. Been busy making rag quilts out of fleece for our Life Choices pregnacy center. Simple but fun, especially when they are delivered. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL WHO SHARE MAY 7TH.

Sorry everyone, no pictures. The place was busy but i was only there for about an hour. Nancy was not there as she was doing a seminar at another location. I only spent $36 for lots of patterns and some small items. Because it was my first time there it didn't know what to expect. Every one was so nice and wonderful. I had a great time and next year it starts on my birthday. I am going to actually sign up for some of the seminars. It was a great time and i would recommend it for everyone.

But you are a baby compared to my 68. :) I've had a good day, went to lunch and to an antique store where I found a neat quilt book that I had to have. ha Now I get to sew for the rest of the day.
