I use them all the time, also. I too, think you need to really make sure you re only loading one blade. And repeating above advice, be very careful when taking them apart. I usual wear a pair of cheap cotton gloves as they are a bit oily. I figure I can use 3 or 4 in a couple months time and still come out ahead.

Been using them for about 6 months now and have no problems.

Use them w/o problems.....make sure you are not using two....they can stick together

Also, try putting a drop of machine oil in the center of the blade, I've found that most of these blades are great. Just make sure that no pins are in the way of what you are cutting.

Just opened my first pack of Harbor Freight blades - Blade #1 made fabric mulch on each cut. I thought oh cr@p! these are a waste of money. I threw that one in the garbage bin and tried Blade #2 - it was like night and day!!! Blade #2 cut 8 layers of fabric like butter (warm butter). Now will see how long it lasts.

Use them all the time, never a problem and they last forever!! Sorry they did not work for you.

These blades are made in China....so as with many things made there, quality control is an issue. Because they are soooo cheap, if you have to throw 1 of 3 away, you are still at least $3 ahead on every pack, but probably more. You have to think of the overall savings....over time you will save a lot of money.
