I bought one pack a few months ago. I am still on the first blade. It works great...lasted longer than the Olfa I put in new and went dull on me almost immediately while making my Lil' Twister wallhanging. I like them so far!

Is it possible you have more than one blade in your rotary cutter....easy mistake to make as they really stick together.

Are you sure you only have 1 blade loaded? Be careful when getting them apart because you can get cut real easy... Also, do you have the screw and spring washer in correctly? (if you have the spring screw)...

If that doesn't work, take them back for another pack. I use them and get about 3, sometimes 4 quilts cut from them. Average size quilt for twin. I don't press hard and only cut up to 4 thicknesses.Originally Posted by Jan in VA
