have ordered from fabric depot and found them timely and responsive. once, when i was unhappy with 2 of 4 batik FQ's, they replaced them within a week at no charge and refused the return of the ones i was unhappy with.

stores do run out of merchandise at times, and i think their audience is large. fortunately, i have not had my orders cancelled for lack of stock (maybe i just pick stuff nobody else wants!).

if you are in portland, be sure to shop there and hope it is one of their supersale weekends.

Good experience with Fabric Depot.

Have never dealt with Fabric Shack but just received an order from Fabric Depot. I was very pleased with the quality, but not quite so with delivery. It was nearly 2 wks. Perhaps I have been spoiled by CT and KQ.

I have ordered from Fabric Depot many times....never a problem. When they have the really good sales....delivery can be a little slower, but it is worth it in my opinion.
