Although the link goes to that "strange other language", just look at the page. There is a link towards the top that ends with challenge_twistedpattern.pdf - it is underlined and will take you to the pattern if you click on it. There are no written directions but all the foundation patterns are there to make the quilt.

There is really nothing to be translated. See MTS's directions several pages back.
