I have piece a quilt top and am getting through the quilt process. Not a fan of this quilt top. Not on the "Ugly" list.. Just, not a fan of the finished product. <sign>
Getting through this one. Have great ( !) plans for my next one. Pushing through to the finish product line ! hah!

Hang in there. It will be over soon, and then it's on to bigger and better things.

Yes... I ususally put those down and start on something else new and small (for instant gratification). I eventually pick it back up.

Yep. If I don't like one when I get it done or if I am just tired of it, I give it to someone as a gift ... or donate it.

I feel your pain. There have been times that I really am not liking a quilt as I continue to work on it. Sometimes I just put it down and come back to it in a few months and I feel better about it then. Good luck!!

Yes. A while back I wanted to try a Zig-Zag. Being newer at this I figured it would be a piece of cake. Not for me. Way too much bulk in the seams so when I sewed over them my machine would veer off to one side or the other. My lightbulb didn't go off until I finished it that I should have opened the seams instead of pressing to one side. Duh  The top is done but now stuffed in a drawer waiting to be finished.

Yep
and I am not into the quilting yet, but just piecing the borders.. I think that for me, it is one that I started some 3 or 5years ago, so I have seen it too much already loll

Yes LOL it becomes more of a chore than a pleasure to work on them :D:D:D

Yep, I am working on one right now that I wish was finished. It is a very nice quilt, just not my colors or style. To make matters worse the pattern in the fabrics makes it hard for me to see my thread as I quilt. I wanted to use colored thread for the large white snowballs, which works great, but it matches the colored 9 patches perfectly. If I wasn't so far into it I would change and use white for the 9 patches. I'm making it for my sister who turns 50 this fall. I know she is going to love it, which is the only thing keeping me going.
