I have a bernina 200E upgraded and i love it, but im wanting a good machine that i can quilt on and do basic sewing on so i dont have to unhook the embroidery for it everytime. What would u suggest.

You might look into the Husqvarna Viking Sapphire. I have one, and it sews like a dream, plus it has a variety of quilting stitches to choose from!

Hello and welcome from SW Iowa. Glad to have you here. Go to the dealers in your area and test drive a few and see what you like best.

if you are looking for something a bit cheaper since its your second machine...brothers and even Kenmore are good machines,

If I hadn't just purchased a machine I would probably be looking at a Husqvarna Viking Sapphire. The 10" armm looks awesome. There are several on ebay.

Hello and welcome from Ontario. I know many here like the Janome machines as second machines. I use Pfaff's but I haven't tried their lower end machines yet.
