I have the 9" Mega Quilter and I use it on a table top b-line frame. I have very little problems with tension and it does a great job. I only use up to 4 1/2 inch patterns on long quilts. I can use bigger patterns on the shorter quilts. I've had it for about 4 years. My neighbor is my quilting buddy and we take turns putting our quilts on the frame for quilting.

I'd say you missed a good deal!!! If you ever get the chance I would buy it! If only you lived close to me--I have one I'm trying to sell and cannot even anyone interested in it. i have upgraded so i have to sell the mega quilter.
